This Refund Policy explains when a refund or replacement is available for artwork purchased from the Brendan Dalziel Photography store. It works alongside the detailed Returns and Satisfaction Guarantee page.
Custom made artwork
Every print is custom made to order by a professional print studio partner. Because each piece is created especially for you, refunds are limited to specific situations.
When a refund or replacement is available
You may be eligible for a refund or a replacement if you contact me within thirty days of delivery and any of the following apply.
- Your artwork was damaged during shipping.
- There is a visible printing or production defect.
- You received the wrong image, size, or product compared with your order confirmation.
Approved cases will be handled in line with my print studio partner’s guarantees, so that the issue can be resolved fairly and as quickly as possible.
When refunds are not available
Refunds are generally not available in the following situations.
- Change of mind once production has started.
- Personal taste about colours, brightness, or contrast when the print matches the original file and lab standards.
- Normal and expected variations between different screens and the final physical print.
- Wear, tear, or damage that occurs after safe delivery.
How to request a refund or replacement
If there is a problem with your order, please email inquiries@brendandalziel.com within thirty days of delivery and include.
- Your order number.
- Clear photos that show the issue and the packaging if there is shipping damage.
- A short description of the problem.
Once I receive your request I will review it with my print studio partner and respond with the next steps, which may include a replacement print or a refund.
Cancellations
You may request a change or cancellation within twenty four hours of placing your order, as long as production has not started. Once printing begins, the order is considered final.
Refund method
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Timing for the funds to appear in your account can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
