This policy is designed to match the guarantees offered by my print studio partner, so that any approved issue can be resolved quickly and fairly.

Thirty day satisfaction guarantee

Please contact me within thirty days of delivery if any of the following apply.

  • Your artwork was damaged during shipping.
  • There is a visible printing or production defect.
  • You received the wrong product or size.

For approved cases I will arrange a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation and in line with my print studio partner’s policy.

How to request a replacement or refund

Email inquiries@brendandalziel.com and include:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos that show the issue.
  • A short description of the problem.

Once I receive your request I will review it with my print studio partner and respond with next steps.

What is covered

  • Damage that happens during shipping.
  • Visible printing or production defects.
  • Incorrect items, such as the wrong size or finish being shipped.

What is not covered

  • Change of mind once production has started.
  • Personal taste about colours, brightness or contrast when the print matches the original file and lab standards.
  • Normal variations in colour between different screens and the final print.

Cancellations

You may request a change or cancellation within twenty four hours of placing your order, as long as production has not started. Once printing begins the order is considered final.
