Using this website

This store is intended for personal, non commercial use. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the site, interfere with other users, or attempt to access private information that does not belong to you.

Products and colours

Every artwork is reproduced from original photography by Brendan Dalziel. I work with a professional print studio partner to create museum quality prints.

I do my best to present each image and finish accurately, but colours can appear slightly different from screen to screen. Small variations between what you see on your device and the final print are normal and are not considered a defect.

Orders, pricing and payment

• All prices are listed in the currency shown in the store and include or exclude tax as indicated at checkout.
• Orders are placed through the secure Shopify checkout using the available payment methods.
• Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.
• If there is an obvious pricing or listing error, I reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Shipping and delivery

Prints are made to order and shipped from my print studio partner. Shipping locations, timelines, and packaging details are described on the Shipping Information page.

Delivery estimates are guides rather than guarantees. Delays that arise from carriers, customs, weather, or events that are outside my control are not considered a breach of these terms.

Returns and refunds

Custom printed artwork is created especially for you. As a result, returns are limited to specific situations such as damage or production issues. Full details are provided on the Returns and Satisfaction Guarantee page.

In all cases, you agree to contact me first so I can review the situation and work with my print studio partner to find an appropriate solution.

Custom and made to order artwork

All prints are made to order. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please review your image choice, size, and finish carefully before placing an order.

Intellectual property

All photographs, text, design elements, and other content on this site are the intellectual property of Brendan Dalziel, or are used with permission. Purchasing a print gives you the right to display that physical artwork in your space. It does not grant any rights to reproduce, resell, or use the image for commercial purposes.

Prohibited uses

You agree that you will not.

• Copy, modify, or redistribute images or content from this site without written permission.
• Use the store in any way that is fraudulent, misleading, or harmful.
• Attempt to interfere with the security or normal operation of the website.

Limitation of liability

I aim to provide a positive, reliable experience for every collector. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the store is provided on an as available basis. I am not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that result from use of the site, delayed delivery, or issues that are outside my reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Nova Scotia and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes will be handled by the courts in that jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
