How shipping works for Brendan Dalziel Photography prints, including free shipping, production times, and delivery expectations.
Shipping overview
All artwork in the Brendan Dalziel Photography store is produced and shipped by a premium North American fine art print studio. Every piece is custom made to order and shipped with full tracking for your peace of mind.
Free standard shipping is available for eligible Canada and U.S. orders of CAD $100 or more. Available services, costs and taxes are shown at checkout.
Where your order ships from
Print production and fulfillment are handled by Pictorem in North America. The dispatch location can vary with your order. Contact us if you need to confirm where your artwork will ship from.
Shipping within Canada and the United States
For eligible orders shipping to Canada and the United States:
- Standard shipping is free on eligible orders of CAD $100 or more; confirm the rate shown at checkout
- Delivery time is usually between 3 and 7 business days after production is complete
- All shipments include tracking information that is sent to you by email
Express and upgraded shipping
If you need your artwork sooner, express shipping options are available at checkout for most orders.
The cost of express shipping depends on the size and type of artwork. The available options and prices will appear during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Express shipping speeds up the delivery time. Production times remain the same because each piece is custom printed.
International shipping
Online ordering currently serves Canada and the United States. Delivery availability depends on your address and the options offered at checkout.
If you live outside these regions and are interested in a piece, please contact me and I can advise you on options and availability for your location.
Production times
Every print is created especially for you. Typical production times are:
- Giclée stretched canvas prints, about 6 business days
- Framed prints, timing varies by frame style, typically 7 to 10 business days
- Acrylic prints, about 9 business days
- HD sublimation metal prints, about 9 business days
Production times are estimates and can vary slightly during busy periods. Express shipping does not shorten production, only the time in transit.
Delivery expectations
Once production is complete:
- Canada and continental United States deliveries usually take 3 to 7 business days
- Tracking is provided for every shipment
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your artwork ships.
Packaging and protection
Your artwork is packaged to gallery standards:
- Giclée stretched canvas, framed prints, acrylic prints and metal prints are shipped in reinforced boxes with protective wrapping
- Every order includes tracking and is packed to minimize the risk of damage in transit
Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico
Delivery service and transit times to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico can differ from continental U.S. delivery. Please contact us before ordering if you need a delivery estimate for these destinations.

Sending a gift
You can send any artwork directly as a gift.
Simply enter the recipient’s name and address as the shipping address at checkout. You may also include a short personalized message in the order notes, and the artwork will be shipped without any pricing on the packing slip.
Order tracking and special requests
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can follow your shipment step by step until it arrives at your door.
